Chloe was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she did and she worked hard.

She was raised between two states, Florida and California, with two siblings. As a child, she had aspirations of being a pharmacist but eventually joined the U.S. Army working alongside various command teams domestically and internationally. Never in a million years did she think she'd stumble into real estate, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life.

As the years went by, she worked her way from a Professional Development Liaison in the Army guiding individuals on the best path to reaching success at work to a corporate Implementation Manager leading dynamic departments to collaborate on business-to-business deals worth multi-millions. With that, she never wavered in her determination to become the best version of herself with each career move. Multiple opportunities have provided her the chance to be a resident of Florida, California, North Carolina, Texas, Nevada, Washington State, and now Northwest Arkansas.

She initially stepped into the real estate industry in Las Vegas, Nevada after a previous co-worker suggested she'd be a perfect fit but relocated to Washington state after receiving a job offer (essentially leaving real estate behind). She knew she would return to real estate, but she wanted to make sure she was in a place she could call home. Relocation called her name once more to Northwest Arkansas because of a job transfer and three months in, she was in love! She believes our area is a phenomenal mix between a bustling, upcoming city and the quiet, peaceful country. She knew it would be an amazing opportunity to grow her business while the area grows.

Rogers (Pinnacle area) was her initial introduction to Northwest Arkansas, and now she resides in Fayetteville after finding a deal she couldn't refuse! Exploring what Northwest Arkansas has to offer is her favorite thing to do. From good eats to visual and performing arts, she's there!
